Restart the Heart Day 2025

Restart a Heart returns this October 2025! Learn CPR, act fast, save lives. Restart a Heart (RSAH) is an annual initiative led by Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) which aims to increase the number of people surviving out-of-hospital cardiac arrests by helping more people learn CPR and become ResusReady.

Our Charity team will be at the Buckingham Tesco Superstore, which is located in London Rd, Buckingham on 25 October between 9:30am and 16:00 to provide CPR demonstrations as part of the Charity’s support for Restart a Heart Day.
